1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at rockautoparts.us (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place any orders. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site.

2. Business Model Disclosure

Rocks Auto is operated by UncleSamSelect LLC, an independent auto parts reseller. We source parts from authorized distributors and manufacturers and sell them directly to consumers. We are not a manufacturer, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.

3. Phone Ordering Terms

All orders are placed by phone through our sales specialists. By calling (888) 884-0335 and placing an order, you agree to the following:

• You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees
• You confirm that the vehicle information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Order confirmations and tracking details are sent to the email address you provide
• All phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes
• Prices quoted by phone are valid at the time of the call and may change without notice

4. Fitment Verification Disclaimer

We take every reasonable step to verify that parts are compatible with your specific vehicle. Our fitment verification process includes cross-referencing vehicle identification data with manufacturer part numbers and specifications. However:

• Customers bear final responsibility for confirming part compatibility before installation
• Vehicle modifications, non-standard configurations, or incomplete vehicle information may affect fitment accuracy
• Our fitment guarantee does not cover parts ordered for vehicles with aftermarket modifications unless specifically discussed and noted at the time of order
• If you receive a part that does not fit your unmodified, stock vehicle as described, contact us for a resolution under our return policy

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed or quoted are in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Pricing errors, whether on the website or quoted by phone, do not obligate us to fulfill an order at an incorrect price. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm the correct price before processing your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. Payment is processed at the time of order. We do not store credit card information after the transaction is complete.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are subject to our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key provisions include:

• 30-day return window for unused, uninstalled parts
• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) required
• 15% restocking fee on buyer-initiated returns (change of mind)
• Free return shipping for orders where we shipped the wrong part
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

7. Warranty

All parts sold through Rocks Auto carry the original manufacturer's warranty. We do not offer any additional warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims must be directed through Rocks Auto by contacting our support team. We will facilitate the warranty claim process with the manufacturer on your behalf.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UncleSamSelect LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products
• Vehicle damage, personal injury, or property damage resulting from the installation or use of parts purchased from us
• Labor costs, towing fees, or rental car expenses related to part returns or warranty claims
• Loss of vehicle use, revenue, or profits related to any part issue

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

9. Website Use

The content on rockautoparts.us is provided for informational purposes. Vehicle data, part numbers, and fitment information are sourced from third-party databases and manufacturer data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information on the Site is error-free.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of UncleSamSelect LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

11. SMS / Messaging Program

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Rocks Auto — either verbally during a phone call to (888) 884-0335 or by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form — you agree to the terms in this section.

Program description. Rocks Auto operates a transactional messaging program that sends order-related texts to customers who have opted in. Typical messages include order tracking updates, invoices, product confirmation photos, replies to support questions, and missed-call follow-ups. This is not a marketing program, and we do not send promotional, broadcast, or campaign messages.

Message frequency. Frequency varies based on your order status and support needs.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Rocks Auto does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will not receive any further messages from us unless you opt in again. To rejoin, opt in again by phone or through our contact form.

Help. If you need help, reply HELP to any message, email support@rockautoparts.us, or call (888) 884-0335.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on network conditions and your device.

Supported carriers. Messages are supported on all major US wireless carriers.

Privacy. For details on how we handle your phone number and SMS opt-in data, see our Privacy Policy, Sections 4 and 5.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
